Exhibitor Space Information

Each exhibit space includes standard drapery (black) 8’ high backdrop and 3’ high wings. Please note: Set up will take place on the Thursday & Friday before the show. Booth sharing is only permitted on a double booth space, show management must approve prior to the event. A final document will be sent out prior to the show with rules and setup guidelines. We do our best to honour first choice but it is not always possible and is subject to change by show management. Some booths are on unevenground as we are in a greenhouse.

Please note: the exhibit floor is audited for hydro use. If used applicable charges will be applied.

Please note: 50% payment must accompany all Exhibitor Contract Agreements or bookings cannot be considered.

Please note: Cheques must be payable to “Bradford Greenhouses Inc.” Booth space is not confirmed until payment is received. Exhibitors are required to maintain public liability insurance to a minimum of $1,000,000, listing Bradford Greenhouses Inc. as additional insured, for the period covering the show dates, plus move-in and move-out dates. Insurance documentation is required to exhibit in the show and must be received 14 days prior to show set-up.

Bradford Greenhouses does not accept cancellations for any reason and this contract represents your commitment to participate in the eventstated above. Given the greenhouse environment, drips may occur from theglass roof in the event of inclement weather.
